The Red River Harness and Saddle Club is a family-oriented, equine driving and riding organization with members in and around the Red River Valley of Fargo, North Dakota. The club was founded in July 1987 by Phil Hoglund and Gary Griffeth.

Club meetings are held the 2nd Thursday of each month. Meetings keep us connected, so we can plan the drives and events that are sponsored by our club, as well as by other organizations.

The club strives to hold a drive once a month, depending on scheduling of other events.

Club members make themselves available when you are learning to drive, selecting your animal, harness, or vehicle, offering training, or just in spreading the “driving/riding bug”! All equine and buggy enthusiasts are welcome, and being a saddle club as well, we encourage outriders to attend our drives to help the teamsters on the trail if the need arises, or simply to join in the fun.

Annual club dues are $20 per family, and entitle you to receive the club newsletter. Additional member benefits include the Christmas Party and fellowship with those who love equines and the sport of sleigh/carriage driving, or riding.

You do not need to own an equine to be a member.
